Your training, in data.
Every programme includes access to salistem hub, our online space. A session is one hour a week; the hub works the rest. Nothing to install: one login per person, and everyone sees only what's theirs.
The tracking HR always asked for
No more wondering whether the training works. Attendance, progress and reports for every team, in real time and without chasing anyone.
Aggregated data by company and by group, at a glance.
Attendance and progress reports ready for management and for FUNDAE.
You see the return on training turned into data, not impressions.

Practice that hooks your team between sessions
The problem with languages at work was never the session: it's what happens between sessions. The hub solves it with challenges, points and streaks, built on real situations from each role.
A weekly challenge tied to what the session covered: practise what matters, when it matters.
Gamification that keeps you coming back: streaks, levels and "3 more sessions and you beat your record".
Calls, emails and presentations from each team's real day-to-day, at their level.
A pocket tutor between sessions
AI negotiation role-plays, explained corrections of real emails and a smart review that brings back exactly what resists you, right when it's time to review it.

Sessions that adjust every week
Your trainer sees each person's practice and fine-tunes the next session with it: an express plan when something costs effort, more challenge when the group is flying. No change without a human decision.
Included in your training
The hub is part of every salistem programme, from day one.
One login per person
Participant, trainer and HR: each role with its own space.
Everyone sees only what's theirs
HR sees its company's aggregated data; trainers see their groups; each participant sees their training.
From any device
Online, nothing to install: on the work laptop or on the phone on the train.
Want to see it from the inside?
We'll show you the hub with sample data in the free discovery session.
